Coming from someone who’s been detailing professionally for years. Mercedes and Porsche have the hardest clear coats to correct and remove scratches from lol. But on the plus side, if it’s harder to correct then it’s harder to scratch. I’ve got those same plush towels except mine are from Ceramic Pro and they are bright pink lol I love them

Griots is an okay product in general. I've been working at a detailing company for 7 years and used Sonax, Griots, Meguiar's and many others. By far the easiest and best I've used are 3M products. Griots doesn't even get near it! Griots are actually kind of a discount brand in this country.

Looks amazing but i think you could got better results if you did it in smaller sections at a time just my opinion

Really average detailing skills if you ask me. MB paint is tough, you need proper cutting compound to get those scratches off. You use way too much product for no reason. No good for the pad, not to mention you have to clean it or replace it all the time and ultimately you just make the job harder for yourself. We all started somewhere and you can only get better (hopefully). The scratch you showed... Use a touch up, sand it down, cutting compound, polish and it won't be noticeable.

I always do the hood first because it cops most of the wear and tear and also because it's a bitch lol ones that's out of the way the rest of the car is a joy and where you get to really enjoy the detailing process, great job Evan in actually doing the hard yards on your own shows true passion for your craft 👌👌 also hope all is well with Victoria and from one detailer to another it's so much fun detailing with your kid awesome bonding and learning time for all 😊✌

It honestly, looks like shit, and if you did that to my car, we'd be having words. I quote "a lot of people suck at it because they just dont want to put the time & effort into it". Which thoroughly explains the horrific condition you left it in.Starts video out with," the hood definitely could use a wet sanding." Ends video with more excuses and saying, "could i have wet sanded the car? sure,. but that's soo dumb, no use in doing that." YOU SIR, ARE A LAZY F#CK. When you say seal after wax what are you referring to. By the way, have been using Griots for over 10 years but must admit I have switched to house of wax wax’s. The 1000 and 2000 finishing with Pinnacle wax and the griots best of show wax. Would love to hear your thoughts on that as well as a response to the “sealing” part. Currently have 997.1 Carrera S triple black car, 2011 cayenne s, 2000 BMW 540i M-Sport
